**Overview of Role**
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Parts & Service Consultant (EAME) in our organization.
This position involves leading Rebuild/Repair workshops with EAME Dealers to drive Rebuild Standard processes with dealers.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Service Excellence: Drive customer service concepts and techniques to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Consulting: Provide technical or business guidance to clients using established techniques and best practices
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement plans to achieve goals and objectives
- Data Analysis: Use advanced analytics skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets
- Operational Knowledge: Gain commercial and operational knowledge around Repairs and Rebuild sector
Compensation Package**
We offer a competitive salary range of £63,500-£78,500 per annum based on experience, along with additional benefits such as 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, 18% bonus, Car allowance, and Flexible Buy-in Benefits including Private Medical, Healthcare, Vision & Dental schemes, Share Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Free Car Parking.
