About the Role

At Omega, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Systems team, you will play a critical role in driving transformation change for our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business simplification and process improvement, with the ability to develop detailed specifications and work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing knowledge of relevant business areas within our organization and the impact of requested changes.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, business managers, and users to understand and document analytics requirements.
  • Working with business owners and IT Business Partners & analytics developers to develop optimal solutions.
  • Developing complete and accurate business models, including process, data, and organization documentation.
  • Delivering and presenting a quality business requirements document for a given change.
  • Supporting the continuous innovation, development, governance, and support of business processes and systems around business reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong Business Requirements gathering and Analysis Skills
  • FMCG/Consumer Products Industry experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP

Candidates with experience in Business Partner, Lead Analyst, Business Analyst, Analyst, IT Analyst, Finance Business Analyst, Commercial Business Analyst, SAP Analyst, or System Analyst roles may be suitable for this position.
