We are seeking an experienced Internal Technical Sales Representative to join our team at MTrec Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Deliver product presentations to customers.
  • Handle inbound customer and representative sales calls.
  • Ensure orders are entered accurately into our ERP system.
  • Provide technical training to sales team members.
  • Develop sale strategies and close deals.
  • Provide technical assistance during pre-sales and post-sales interactions.
  • Basic RMA and customer complaint administration.

About You

  • Previous internal technical sales experience is required.
  • A background in manufacturing or engineering is essential.
  • Experience working with technical documents and drawings.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
  • Able to provide customers with quotations and pricing information.
  • Highly IT literate.
  • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
