The Job Description:

This role requires an individual with experience in care settings, preferably with complex care needs. You will assist with personal care, clinical requirements, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team.

  • Monitor and record the health and well-being of service users, reporting any changes to our team.
  • Work closely with family members and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
