Job Title:
Global Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for managing accurate and on-time payment of salaries, tax, and third-party payments for multiple countries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll processing across multiple countries, handling post-payroll tasks like reconciliations and compliance. Gain exposure to various country payrolls and take on any country's payroll as needed. Support internal and external audits, maintain process documentation, and contribute to internal projects. Respond to colleague queries and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on country-specific payroll legislation to ensure compliance.

What You'll Need:
Experience with EMEA countries payroll processing. Proficient in Excel and data manipulation. Proficient in written and verbal English Language. Other EU languages desirable. Continuous Improvement and adaptability to pick up new tasks. ADP Celergo experience desirable.
