Job Summary
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a skilled District Nursing Team Lead to play a key role in delivering care closer to home. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care, while also promoting evidenced-based practice and ensuring compliance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct.
Main Duties
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs, as well as ensuring the provision of cost-effective, efficient, and appropriate high-quality patient care. They will also line manage a nursing team, promoting their professional and clinical development, and ensuring that they act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct.

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have previous manager experience, a strong understanding of the NMC Professional Code of Conduct, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
