Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of cost-effective, efficient, and appropriate patient care. This will involve continuing responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for line managing a nursing team, promoting evidenced-based practice, and acting as an accountable role model.
