About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Nurse Team Lead to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Clinical Futures Strategy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of cost-effective, efficient, and appropriate high-quality patient care. They will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care needs and quality assurance. The post holder will also line manage a nursing team, promoting evidenced-based practice and acting as an accountable role model.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous manager experience and hold a relevant qualification, such as SPQ. You will also need to be knowledgeable about the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other relevant policies. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential.
