Job Summary

We are looking for a strong, motivated leader who is innovative and enthusiastic, with a desire for high standards and the ability to ensure expert clinical nursing practice is delivered. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality care and committed to developing and investing in our staff to improve patient outcomes.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will ensure the provision of cost-effective, efficient and appropriate high-quality patient care. They will carry the continuing responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care needs and quality assurance. The community nurse team leader will line manage a nursing team ensuring the professional and clinical development of team members.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead a District Nursing Team and contribute to the delivery of our Clinical Futures Strategy. The successful candidate will have previous manager experience and a strong understanding of the NHS and its values.
