We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will provide guidance and support to individuals to help them overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals. You will work closely with participants to identify their strengths and areas for development, and provide tailored advice and support to help them secure employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to individuals to help them achieve their career goals
  • Identify and address barriers to employment, such as lack of skills or experience
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to help individuals secure employment
  • Build strong relationships with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate employment opportunities

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Experience of working in a similar role or industry
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
