Join Automat-it's Team as a Technical Recruiter

We're seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Automat-it, an all-in AWS Premier partner empowering startups with DevOps and FinOps expertise. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for our positions across EMEA.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking events, and more.
  • Conduct market research to identify key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapes.
  • Own full responsibility for assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) to ensure all candidates' data and status are up-to-date.
  • Manage the hiring process of assigned roles end-to-end.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.
  • Ensure each role is posted on different platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company.
  • 2 years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields.
  • 2 years of experience in global recruitment.
  • Indepth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Xray search.
  • Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS.
  • A data-driven approach and utilization of analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies.
  • A proven track record of engaging talent through tools with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates.
  • Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage).
  • Experience with Comeet ATS and Google Workspace is an advantage.
