We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Annoying Recruiter as a Legal and Technical Adviser.

This role offers the perfect blend of legal and technical expertise, allowing you to stay in touch with the changing regulations and technical projects in the architecture industry while keeping the day-to-day project grind at arm's length. You'll have the flexibility to work from our local studio(s) as often as you like, with options to work three times a week, once a week, or even full-time.

As a Legal and Technical Adviser, you'll be the go-between for the legal department and the architects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. You'll also provide in-house consulting services, advising on legal and technical risk, and supporting key areas with technical and design expertise.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about architecture and law, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. If you're looking for a role that offers variety, flexibility, and opportunities for growth, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Need:

  • A qualified Architectural professional (Architect or Technologist)
  • Experience working as an expert witness, in the forensic architecture world, or another legal position within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
