We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technical talent for our clients in the Big 5 Tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring regular communication.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement for technical roles, advertising roles, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
  • Lead detailed briefing calls with clients to capture their requirements for technical roles. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Proactively source and attract top technical talent through various channels including job boards, headhunting, and networking.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of recruitment projects and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
  • Keep the client and candidate information updated in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and organized data.

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in technical recruitment (e.g., IT, engineering, software development, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your portfolio of clients.
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates in this space.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve challenges that arise in the recruitment process.
  • Familiarity with using recruitment databases or CRM systems to track client and candidate interactions.
