About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our LMAX Group team as an Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and knowledge in Compliance/Finance/Legal. As an apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining practical skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in your chosen field.

About the Apprenticeship: Our apprenticeship combines practical work experience with structured learning opportunities to ensure the development of both technical and soft skills. You will be responsible for assisting skilled professionals in daily tasks and projects, supporting the preparation and management of documents, reports, and correspondence, and performing tasks under supervision following established procedures.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to form good working relationships. You should also have good organisational skills to enable independent workload management, completing tasks in line with set deadlines. Additionally, you should have good IT skills to include previous knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook.
