Job Overview:

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of our products and solutions. This role requires leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Combine technical expertise with effective communication skills to drive company sales.
  2. Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and present a tailored air conditioning solution.
  3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  4. Product Demonstrations: Understand customer needs and tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
  5. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  7. Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Commercial Sales Experience: Experience of Commercial Sales account management and relationship building.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical Sales Background: Proven track record of success in technical sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
