Maintenance and Engineering Manager

The responsibilities of this role include performing regular maintenance on plant equipment and systems, inspecting buildings and facilities, overseeing daily operations, managing building systems, coordinating with external contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and planning and overseeing facility improvement projects.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Requirements for the role include an apprenticeship, time served, or graduate Engineer to at least HNC level in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, proficiency in maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, and strong project management skills.
