Care Team Leader

About This Role
As a Care Supervisor at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a small team of care assistants. Your primary objective will be to support and develop your team members through regular supervisions, one-to-one meetings, and annual performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are being adhered to by all team members.
- Record and report residents' daily progress accurately.
- Perform care assistant duties with residents as required.
- Take the lead in emergency situations, providing support to staff and residents as needed.
