At Permanent Futures, we are committed to providing exceptional care and education to our students. As an Instructional Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young people.

This is an exciting opportunity for two individuals to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children at our schools. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring our students, developing a forward-thinking vision for excellence in your area, and working closely with residential care staff to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor student progress over time, set challenging learning objectives that develop skills and knowledge, and continuously evaluate and refine teaching methods.
  • Pursue additional responsibilities as directed by senior educators.

Requirements:

  1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a good standard of education (GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above).
  2. Comply with statutory requirements outlined in the DfE Code of Practice – SEN.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum reflects the organisation's commitment to attracting top talent.
