Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled New and Used Car Business Manager to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising opportunities to provide effective financial solutions for customers, assisting with sales strategy, and preparing reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Anticipate and identify customer needs, and meet and exceed them by building relationships and resolving customer issues.
* Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships.
* Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
* Be a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to improve business performance and profit.
* Identify opportunities for reducing waste / inefficiency or improving quality.
