Teaching Support Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN teaching support professional to join our team at Randstad UK as a SEN Learning Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a Pupil Referral Unit based in Ellesmere Port, supporting students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering the set curriculum and creating a stimulating environment that promotes academic growth.
  • Identifying individual learning needs and providing tailored support to students.
  • Working closely with the teacher to develop a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within SEN departments or with students with special educational needs.
  • A relevant subject matter degree.
  • An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive rates of pay, long-term supply periods providing continuity and stability, and a 'refer a friend' scheme with the opportunity to earn £300.*
