We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team at CCG Head Office. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting
  • Lead the budgeting process for the entire Group, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Develop and implement the Latest Estimates/Outturns process, streamlining manual processes and enhancing system utilization.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to prepare comprehensive Business Plans, driving strategic growth and financial success.
Analysis
  • Partner with the Finance team to dissect Management Accounts, identifying key financial drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with procurement and other teams to uncover cost-saving opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Engage with operational teams to explain and challenge variances to budget, ensuring financial performance is aligned with strategic objectives.
Reporting
  • Prepare insightful reports for Management and the Board, including budgets, business plans, and variance analyses.
  • Contribute to management accounts by providing updated projections and detailed explanations, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Corporate Development
  • Collaborate with the Business and Corporate Development team on acquisitions and site purchases, ensuring seamless integration and financial planning.
  • Produce forecasts for acquisition targets, continuously updating them with the latest information.
  • Analyze data to ask the right questions and understand the business better, driving informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Fully qualified in a relevant professional field, such as accountancy.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a proven track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth.
