Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the budgeting process for the entire Group, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning and analysis processes, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director to prepare comprehensive Business Plans, identifying key financial drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline and enhance manual processes through the effective use of current systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified in a relevant professional field, such as accountancy.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
