We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join our team at Executive Network Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE management systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
  • Support the Head of HSE in implementing and maintaining IMS documents and systems.
  • Manage accreditation and certifications for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Support multiple departments in managing their HSE capabilities and improving them.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Lead auditor qualification or previous experience.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems.
  • NEBOSH Diploma advantageous.
  • Experience on lower or upper tier COMAH sites advantageous.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and deliver on HSE initiatives.
