Fire Alarm Safety Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Tester to join our team at FAFS Fire & Security. As a Fire Alarm Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our clients' fire detection and alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular testing and inspections of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Record and document test results accurately, ensuring that all findings are reported in a timely manner.
- Identify potential issues or malfunctioning components and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their fire alarm systems and any necessary actions.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the technical team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest fire safety regulations and industry standards.
- This is a trainee role, however proven experience in testing fire alarm systems or a related role would be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire safety or electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic Salary – £25,400 per annum subject to experience
