Job Advert: HR Advisor
Location: Telford
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Flexible Working: Choose your start and finish time with an early finish every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees and management.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
