We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients with acquired brain injuries and long-term neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Administering medication and supporting individuals with personal care needs
- Accompanying clients to community activities and essential errands
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months experience working with clients with brain injuries (desirable)
- Ability to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes
