Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at DDH Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Professional in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
