Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef de Partie to join our award-winning hotel's culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring the smooth operation of the brigade.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh local produce and adhering to HACCP practices.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
