Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity at Citadines South Kensington London

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Citadines South Kensington London. As a key member of our Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in leading the Housekeeping Team and maintaining high standards of cleaning, hygiene, and stock control.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the cleaning services within the property, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication with the team.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, trade associations, and outsourced partners to ensure linen, uniform, consumable, and staff costs are within budget.
  • Support the Head Housekeeper in all departmental communications, including reporting and budgeting for the Housekeeping Team.

At Citadines South Kensington London, we value enterprising and winning mindsets. While 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is desirable, we are looking for candidates with the right attitude to learn, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply these to the job role.
