About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Manufacturing Optimiser to join our team at MINI Plant Oxford. As part of our Body In White Production team, you will be responsible for optimising automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.

">

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or a related field and excellent skills in Microsoft Office software such as Excel. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the integration of new models and engineering changes, while also contributing to the development and rollout of innovation programmes.

  • Optimise automotive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.">
  • Support the integration of new models and engineering changes, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to production.">
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of innovation programmes, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.">
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure effective communication throughout the organisation.">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of £23,650, 26 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme. You will also enjoy a fulfilling work-life balance with contracted working hours of 37 hours per week, including a half day on Friday.
