Join Our Team as a Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Lead to join our team as the Senior Clinician in Charge of Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) Commissioning within the South West Provider Collaborative.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead clinical redesign, develop quality frameworks, and drive service improvements in CAMHS. If you are an experienced clinician with a proven track record in leadership and service development, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and implementation of innovative clinical models tailored to the unique needs of patients. This involves designing and refining clinical pathways and ensuring our providers are supported to integrate identified best practices in service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement clinical models, design and refine clinical pathways, and ensure integration of best practices.
  • Develop and oversee quality governance frameworks to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, including service model development and patient/stakeholder feedback incorporation.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of NHS policies relating to Mental Health, particularly Provider collaboratives and the NHS Long Term Plan.
  • Good understanding of the Recovery approach and its application in CAMHS.
  • Substantial senior clinical leadership experience in developing quality governance and assurance frameworks.

Estimated Salary Range: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum.
