As a senior member of the Chase Recruitment Limited's commercial team in London & Southern England, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the pharmaceutical industry. With a strong focus on Rare Diseases, this role requires a skilled and experienced individual to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account Plan (KAP) that aligns with the company's Vision, Strategy, and Sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, budget holders, and clinical managers.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in the region.

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high degree of autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving sales growth through effective utilisation of Key Account Management (KAM) behaviours and ways of working.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
