About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Setup Specialist to join our team at Poole Bay Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in setting up and configuring products across our group websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce and web development teams to set up and configure complex products, including customisable products and fixings and accessories.
  • Support business development by assisting with new website builds and commercial opportunities, such as new resellers, marketplaces, and outlets.
  • Manage large product databases, online stores, and ERP systems, ensuring accurate and efficient product data management.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and stakeholders to achieve favourable outcomes in a commercial environment.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and experience with mass data manipulation and configuration.
  • High level of IT proficiency, including online stores and ERP systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in delivering high-quality work.
  • Understanding of product marketing, product management, and wider commercial processes.
  • Working knowledge of how ERP systems, online stores, and bulk product data interrelate.
