 LIXIL Global Design, the award-winning in-house design team for LIXIL, a global leader in the bath, kitchen, and housing technology industry, with studios in major cities worldwide, is seeking a motivated and creative third-year Social Media/Communications Intern to assist in enhancing our social media presence and driving our overall internal and external communications strategy.

This role is based in London and will report directly to the Chief Design and Brand Identity Officer, working within a creative environment with the global design and brand identity teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Assist in creating and implementing our social media and communications strategy across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Content Creation: Help create and curate engaging content, including text, images, infographics, and videos, to showcase our brand's personality and values.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our design and brand identity team to plan and execute social media campaigns, including competitions and activations, while tracking performance and preparing reports based on key metrics.

Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and tone of voice, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media.

Build Relationships: Collaborate with our design and brand identity team and work with other departments to foster a collaborative and creative environment.

Community Engagement: Help manage our online community by responding to comments and messages, primarily on Instagram, while identifying and engaging with influencers to enhance our brand's reach.
