We are looking for highly motivated and compassionate Psychology and Criminology graduates to join our team as SEN Support staff at Academics, a 'Good' Ofsted rated Special School in the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs. A competitive salary of £22,000 - £26,250 per annum is available for this full-time position, commencing January 2025.
You will be working closely with students who have SEMH, ADHD, Autism, and Mild Learning Difficulties, providing them with the support they need to succeed academically and personally.

- Deliver therapeutic support to students with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Establish a positive and supportive learning environment
