Night Shift Export AOG Agent

Freightserve, a leading Freight Forwarding and Shipping company, is seeking a skilled Night Shift Export AOG Agent to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Export AOG shipments, from start to finish
  • Prepare and complete Export documentation, including MAWB's and HAWB's
  • Process customs entries and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with Airlines and Transport companies to ensure smooth logistics
  • Handle Pre-alerts and Quotes in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Air Export
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with excellent customer service skills
  • Good time keeping and attendance record
  • Ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license

Working Arrangements:

The successful candidate will work a 4 nights on, 4 nights off shift pattern, with working hours from 7pm to 7am.
