Job Title: CCTV Operator

As a CCTV Operator at OCS Group, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the security systems in our control room. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all electronic systems, intruder alarms, and access control systems meet the required service levels and security needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, police, and other agencies as necessary to ensure effective incident management.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incidents from the Control Room to ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Monitor electronic security systems on site to detect and respond to potential security threats.
  • Produce reports on false alarms and response times to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of control room operations and security systems.
  • Understanding of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.
  • SIA PSS (CCTV) licence is essential; SIA Door Supervisor Licence is desirable.
