Merchandising Administration Role

This dynamic position in the fashion industry involves providing administrative support for trading, merchandise planning, and forecasting teams.

Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinating advance stock deliveries to ensure smooth product flow during the shipping window.
• Collaborating with Trade and Transport departments to understand shipping terms and customs requirements.
• Analyzing weekly returns reports and taking corrective actions to minimize returns.
• Negotiating discounts, cancellations, and other issues related to late deliveries.
• Ensuring accurate product visibility on the website.
• Preparing weekly reports highlighting key findings for department performance.

Requirements:
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working effectively in a diverse team environment.
