Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Care Coordinators to join our multi-disciplinary team at HCRG Care Group. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Booking and scheduling routine clinic activities.
  • Taking and responding to telephone calls and messages.
  • Preparing referral documentation and updating databases.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely updates to clinical systems and clinic templates.

A competitive salary package, including £22,369 FTE with group pension, is offered. Occasional remote working opportunities are available.
