Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Manager to join our IT team at Handicare Stairlifts UK, based in Kingswinford, West Midlands.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our organisation's ICT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal ICT operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead ICT initiatives to enhance service delivery and enforce compliance with industry standards.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to tailor ICT solutions to business needs.
  • Develop and implement ICT service management strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Manage the ICT service management budget to ensure cost-efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead ICT projects from planning phase through to execution, ensuring projects are on time and meet specified objectives.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of ICT technology, including Hyper-V & VMWare Virtualisation technologies and cloud environments.
  • Proven experience in ICT service management, with a strong grasp of the ITIL framework.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing ICT policies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Excellent project management skills and capable of leading through planning to execution.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage internal customer relationships.
