Job Summary

The role involves managing PCN accounts for Logistics UK members, acting as the primary contact for resolving issues and providing timely and professional support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PCN accounts in a timely and professional manner, being the main point of contact between Logistics UK and the member.
  • Produce and send appeal letters to relevant authorities.
  • Identify trends and 'hotspots' where PCNs have been issued and communicate this to the member.
  • Liaise with the member and build good relationships to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Liaise with Local Authorities and private parking companies to resolve issues on behalf of the member.
  • Carry out occasional member visits to deliver review meetings and discuss PCN trends.
  • Produce regular reports as instructed from the member and provide the required reports needed to carry out review meetings with members.
  • Use available tools like Google Maps to investigate PCNs and ensure all supporting information is uploaded onto the PCN database.
  • Assist in uploading details of each PCN and supporting documentation to the relevant database and making credit card payments via Local Authorities websites.
  • Learn and understand the whole PCN process to provide effective support to members.
  • Work as part of a team and assist others within the department where necessary with the administration of the PCN Admin Service.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use available tools effectively.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with members.
  • Show initiative and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Good attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the role.
  • A team player with the ability to work on own initiative and provide support to colleagues.
