Social Worker Role in Lincolnshire County Council

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a reputable organization. This is a temporary role within the FAST Team, offering a unique chance to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake Initial Assessments under Section 17 of the Children's Act of 1989
- Conduct Core Assessments and Child Protection Enquiries under Section 47 of the Children's Act of 1989
- Utilize the Common Assessment Framework for assessments
- Perform Age Assessments
- Provide support to families and children in need under Section 17
- Carry out home visits for monitoring purposes and to promote welfare
- Liaise with partnership agencies to support families and meet needs
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognized social work qualification and be registered as a Social Worker with England.
In addition, you should have at least three years' post-qualifying experience in a similar field.
