Carlin Hall Ltd, a renowned executive search firm based in Central London, is seeking a Research Associate to collaborate closely with an experienced Consultant in their Healthcare Practice.

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering all assignments within a candidate-centric, retained environment. Day-to-day tasks include attending client briefings, mapping target companies, and continually developing an understanding of the competitive landscape in which clients operate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting approach calls, and networking with industry sources.

A motivated and confident self-starter with excellent academics and communication skills is required to fill this position.

This individual will have the ability to persuade and influence at the highest levels, possess high achievement standards, and demonstrate self-confidence while taking ownership of responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will already be a researcher with between 1.5 and 4 years of experience and be committed to self-improvement and career development.

In return, Carlin Hall Ltd offers the opportunity to work with industry leaders in a state-of-the-art office environment and receive a highly competitive salary of approximately £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
