Job Description:

This role will involve working on a variety of domestic and global projects, analyzing market research data, and applying behavioral science concepts to drive positive change for our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of behavioral science principles and experience applying them to diverse situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify behavioral patterns in market research data and develop evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change.
  • Codify and organize existing HRW-authored behavioral content into a library.
  • Work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmaceutical sales representatives.
  • Write reports and present findings to colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in cognitive science, social psychology, behavioral economics, neuroscience, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of behavioral science principles and experience applying them to diverse situations.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
