About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Referral Unit Advisor to join our team at Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Referral Unit Advisor, you will work in an administrative capacity, taking calls and emails from Acute Trusts, GPs, and patients in the community.

Patient Engagement and Quality of Administration

Patient engagement and quality of administration are paramount in this role. You will be responsible for engaging with patients and providing them with high-quality administration services.

Working Hours

The referral unit runs 7 days a week, and you will work between 08:00 and 22:00 hours, Monday to Sunday (including all bank holidays), with 1 weekend in 4 and 1 late shift a week.

Additional Working Pattern

You will work 5 x 7.5 hour shifts a week, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00, with 1 weekend in 4.
