Job Description

We are seeking a Pastoral Support Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Academy Bradford. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pastoral support to students, improving the quality of form tutoring sessions, and contributing to the overall success of the academy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of a year group by providing pastoral care to students as directed by the Year Manager.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of form tutoring sessions through data analysis, learning walks, surveys, and other evaluation methods.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
  • Experience in working with children or young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £24,700 - £26,091 per annum, plus benefits including access to local government pension scheme, reduced cost health cover, and cycle to work scheme.
