Job Description

As a Social Care Assistant at Creative Support Ltd, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred support to service users in our Bradford services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing respectful care and support to service users, maximising their independence and autonomy.
  • Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, families, and professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A patient and understanding approach, with a commitment to empowering service users.
  • Able to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts, to meet the needs of the service.
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker is not essential; we provide a comprehensive induction programme for all new staff members.
