Job Title: HR Change Manager

About the Role:
Next Ventures is seeking an experienced HR Change Manager for a freelance role with our client in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a change management strategy, including communication plans and training programs.
- Deliver training to employees across various levels of the organization.
- Drive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Senior Change Management experience.
- Oracle HRIS/HCM Transformation experience.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS/Cloud HR Self-Service.
- Experience in developing and delivering HR Change Management strategies.

Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
