We are thrilled to be partnering with a highly respected global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team in a prestigious location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that will offer you genuine growth and development in your career, as well as the chance to sell some of the most exclusive properties. You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in Residential Estate Agency Sales. It is essential that you can demonstrate your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers, as well as work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being met. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will receive:

  • £30,000 Basic Salary
  • Commission + Company Car
  • £70,000+ OTE

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of buyers, including generating and conducting viewings.
  • Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor and purchaser management, and constant client care.
  • Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
