About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding estate agency brand, with a strong market share and a reputation for excellence. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for leading the way in sales negotiations, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales negotiations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Develop new business and grow existing relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £24,000, excellent OTEs of £50,000+, and a range of benefits including a pool car on site. You will also have the opportunity to progress quickly to Assistant Sales Manager and enjoy fast-track progression opportunities.
